What's the job?

InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial, coatings and infrastructure. You may not have heard of us, but we do a lot – and we've got aspirations to be number one in every area we deliver. The only thing stopping us is needing more people! That's where you come in, are you up for the challenge?

More about the job:

• Assist with accounts, payroll, and invoicing processes.
• Manage purchase orders and debtor accounts.
• Review and verify timesheets and job entries.
• Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and distributing correspondence.
• Coordinate site visits and employee training, ensuring certifications are up to date.
• Maintain Health and Safety documentation and ensure compliance.
• Track and manage contract implementation, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Verifying and matching claims
• Support internal systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate reports, proposals, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
• Compiles month end branch financial reporting

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

• Preferred experience in infrastructure based contracts
• Proven accounts support experience essential
• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
• Literate and numerate skills

• Sound attention to detail
• Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
