Industrial Services Supervisor – Taupō
As the Industrial Services Supervisor, you’ll be leading our Taupō-based team in the delivery of high-pressure water jetting and vacuum loading services on a range of industrial sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where your focus on health and safety, operational excellence, and team coordination will be key.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising day-to-day operations and leading your team on-site
- Ensuring high safety and compliance standards are maintained
- Supporting the planning and execution of industrial service projects
- Providing mentoring and guidance to operators
- Travelling out of town as needed to support other regions on large-scale jobs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in high pressure water jetting and vacuum loading
- Proven leadership skills in an industrial or high-risk work environment
- Excellent health and safety awareness
- Willingness to travel for short-term projects
Industrial Services Operator – Taupō
We’re also looking for Industrial Services Operators to join the team. In this role, you'll be working on heavy industrial sites carrying out high pressure water jetting and vacuum loading, often in confined spaces and at height.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating high pressure water blasting and vacuum loading equipment
- Working on various industrial sites, following all safety procedures
- Performing tasks in confined spaces and at heights
- Travelling occasionally to assist other regions on major projects
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in industrial services - high pressure water blasting and vacuum loading
- Class 4 license (preferred but not essential)
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work in challenging environments
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- A great attitude and eagerness to learn — full training provided for the right candidate
