About the Role
As the Regional Manager – Northern Region, you’ll have full responsibility for leading operations, driving growth, and strengthening our market position across Industrial, Infrastructure, and Coatings divisions. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Northern Region operations, ensuring alignment with national strategy and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving sales growth and market expansion.
- Manage regional P&L, focusing on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable to high standards of performance and delivery.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and support functions to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
About You
You are a strategic and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. You understand the importance of strong client partnerships, disciplined financial management, and people leadership that drives results.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or regional management role within the industrial, coatings or infrastructure sectors.
- Project management experience is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset and commitment to quality outcomes.
- The drive to grow business presence and deliver tangible results.
