About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a critical role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation. This role partners closely with leaders at all levels, from frontline managers through to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) providing meaningful financial insights that drive performance and improve outcomes.
This is an ideal role for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys influencing, challenging, and supporting the business beyond the numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with operational managers and SLT to provide financial insights and guidance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Support business cases, investment decisions, and operational initiatives
Improve financial understanding and capability across the organisation
Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and reporting
About You
Qualified accountant (CA or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a commercial or operational environment
Proven experience partnering with stakeholders at all organisational levels
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly advantageous
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
