We’re now looking for a Financial Analyst who loves to deep dive into the numbers, asks the right questions, and is driven by improving business performance.
About the role
This is more than a reporting role. You’ll play a critical part in supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Partnering closely with leaders at all levels — from frontline managers through to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) — you’ll provide meaningful financial insights that challenge thinking, influence outcomes, and drive performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering accurate, timely financial analysis and performance reporting
Deep diving into results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Partnering with operational leaders to understand cost drivers and margins
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Developing financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investments
Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
What we are looking for
You’re commercially minded and naturally curious. You don’t just report the numbers — you interrogate them. You enjoy asking “why?”, challenging assumptions, and influencing decisions that improve performance.
You’ll likely bring:
Proven experience in a Financial Analyst or similar commercial finance role
Qualified accountant
Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
Advanced Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools advantageous)
Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
A drive to continuously improve processes and outcomes
