The role

As a Traffic Management Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people, clients, and the public safe while enabling vital infrastructure work across New Zealand. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes safety seriously and enjoys being part of a team that gets things done.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setting up and removing traffic management equipment including signs, cones, and barriers

  • Assisting with stop/go operations

  • Supporting site safety and ensuring work zones are safe and compliant

  • Assisting with and following Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)

  • Working closely with site crews to keep projects running smoothly

  • Representing InterGroup professionally on site and with the public

What we’re looking for

  • Current TMO qualification

  • Strong safety awareness and reliability

  • A positive, can-do attitude and team mindset

  • Full NZ Driver License (Class 2 an advantage)
