Industrial Operator – Bay of Plenty & Waikato

We're looking for a motivated Industrial Operator to join our team across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.
This is a varied, hands-on role working across industrial sites, supporting a range of specialist services including high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, industrial cleaning, and maintenance activities. You'll work alongside experienced operators on challenging projects in environments where safety, teamwork, and quality matter.

What You'll Be Doing
Operating high-pressure water blasting and vacuum loading equipment
Supporting industrial cleaning and maintenance activities
Working safely on a variety of industrial and commercial sites
Performing work in confined spaces and at heights
Assisting with equipment set-up, operation, and maintenance
Following site procedures and health and safety requirements
Occasional travel to support major projects in other regions
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in industrial services is preferred, particularly high-pressure water blasting and vacuum loading
Class 2 and/or Class 4 licence advantageous but not essential
Good physical fitness and willingness to work in challenging environments
Strong commitment to health and safety
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
