We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Supervisor to lead industrial cleaning and high-pressure operations on-site. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and confident managing people and equipment in demanding environments, this is your opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
Supervise the day-to-day operations and resources across industrial cleaning and hydro blasting activities.
Lead, coordinate, and support a team to deliver the operational aspects of projects and contracts.
Plan and allocate labour, plant, and equipment to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
Carry out and oversee a range of industrial cleaning tasks, including tank cleaning, shutdown work, and confined space operations
Operate and supervise vacuum loading equipment and associated machinery
Maintain strong on-site relationships with clients and act as the key point of contact
Troubleshoot issues on-site and keep operations running smoothly
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in industrial cleaning, hydro blasting, or heavy industrial services
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews in high-risk environments
Knowledge of tank cleaning, vacuum loading, and confined space work
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
