About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Driver Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be operating a range of specialist vehicles including:
Hydro excavation trucks
Flushing trucks
Vacuum trucks
Combo units
No two days are the same—you’ll be out in the field supporting essential infrastructure, tackling challenges, and delivering high-quality service to our clients.
What You’ll Bring
A clean, full Class 4 driver license
Experience operating hydro, vac, or similar heavy vehicles (ideal but not essential—we can train the right person)
A strong focus on health & safety
Reliability, a great work ethic, and a team-first attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

We are nationwide, predominantly undertaking work for local government, central government agencies and industry.
