What you'll bring:
Proven success in business development or B2B sales.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
A proactive, self-driven approach with a hunger to win.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability.
A team-first attitude with a willingness to get involved beyond the sales process.
Experience within infrastructure, industrial services, construction, coatings, waste, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
