Vac U Digga is New Zealand’s leading hydro excavation specialist. Hydro excavation is all we do, the level of expertise we’ve accrued doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of 18 years of civil construction experience and ten years of Research and Development.

We are looking for x1 Dispatcher to join our East Tamaki site!

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch jobs to field staff
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to clients
- Maintain job records, schedules, and employee assignments
- Generate and send accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting
- Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management
- Support operations staff and answer after-hours calls. Track KPIs, utilization, and cost control

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in dispatching or scheduling (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with invoicing software 
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
