About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our Hamilton Infrastructure Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting your team, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising operational teams
- Coaching and training staff
- Running operational and toolbox meetings
- Time entry, work logging, and job note management
- Writing and implementing JSEAs (Job Safety & Environmental Analysis)
- Supporting safe work practices and company policies
- Taking the lead on performance management when needed
This is a results-focused position that requires strong leadership, initiative, and an eye for continuous improvement. You will play a critical part in supporting both operational success and long-term sustainable growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean Class 4 licence (required)
- WTR endorsements (preferred)
- Solid computer skills and digital literacy
- Understanding of 3 Waters reticulation (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Presentable, professional, and safety-conscious
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing the job
