We’re on the lookout for a motivated Class 2–4 Driver to join our Tauranga team — someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in, work hard, and help keep our communities looking their best.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be trained to operate our Road Sweeping Fleet and Leaf Sucker Trucks around Tauranga and surrounding areas.
You’ll also support our Litter Team as required — because at InterGroup, we all pitch in to get the job done.
Shifts: You’ll need to be flexible and available for day, night, and weekend rosters, depending on customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Class 2–4 driver’s licence
- Comfortable using technology systems
- Good geographical knowledge of Tauranga and surrounding areas
- A positive attitude and willingness to “muck in” with the team
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic
Experience operating road sweeping or vacuum trucks is a bonus — but we’ll provide full training for the right person.
