The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced UHP Supervisor to lead our ultra-high-pressure water blasting and industrial cleaning operations.
If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to step up and lead from the front, this is your chance to take on a key role in a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supervising UHP water jetting and industrial cleaning crews
Leading from the front with hands-on water blasting work
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Planning jobs, coordinating teams, and managing on-site performance
Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in UHP water jetting / water blasting
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong focus on health and safety
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Reliable, hardworking, and ready for a challenge
