About the role
We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage and deliver transactional accounting and reporting activities
Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Oversee and optimise cashflow management
Support financial reporting and month-end processes
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

About you
You’re someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You enjoy solving problems, thinking beyond the numbers, and continuously improving the way things are done.
You’ll bring:
3–5 years’ accounting experience
CA qualification
Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax
Experience building effective working relationships
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
