Regional Manager
With a strong national presence and a proven track record in delivering high-quality infrastructure and industrial services, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our operations.
About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all coatings operations within the region. You will drive performance across sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Balancing strategic leadership with operational oversight, you will play a key role in growing our coatings portfolio, enhancing client relationships, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage coatings operations across multiple projects
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and strengthening client partnerships
Oversee regional P&L, ensuring profitability, cost control, and sustainable performance
Ensure all offshore activities meet strict safety, compliance, and quality standards
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in challenging environments
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
About You
You are a confident, commercially savvy leader with a strong background in coatings operations. You thrive in complex environments and have the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of delivery.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a senior leadership or regional management role within coatings or industrial services
Strong understanding of offshore project delivery and operational requirements
Demonstrated success managing budgets, contracts, and P&L performance
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
A safety-first mindset with a deep understanding of offshore compliance standards
The ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
A results-driven approach with a focus on growth and continuous improvement
