About the role
This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll sit at the centre of operations, supporting the team with coordination, admin, and problem-solving — and quickly become the go-to person in the office.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting accounts, including reporting and tracking job profitability
Preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
Acting as the first point of contact for office queries and day-to-day issues
Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
Assisting with debtor management
Maintaining accurate files, systems, and databases
Supporting month-end financial reporting
Keeping the office running smoothly with general admin support

What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of admin (or similar) experience
Clear and confident communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of tasks
A positive, can-do attitude and team mindset
Most importantly, you’re someone who’s keen to learn, contribute, and grow.
