Right now, we need a hands-on Waste Processing Operator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the real work.
The Role
You’ll be working in a live processing environment dealing with liquid and solid waste streams—think grease, sludge, wastewater, mud, and strong odours. If that doesn’t faze you, keep reading.
You’ll be:
Operating our hydro plant and G-Max units
Processing and managing waste streams safely and efficiently
Operating machinery, including equipment requiring tracks (digger experience preferred)
Assisting with plant maintenance and basic mechanical tasks
Supporting day-to-day operations to keep the site running smoothly
Learning and applying flocculant mixing processes
What We’re Looking For
Practical, hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid of getting dirty
Experience operating machinery (tracked equipment a strong advantage)
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to learn technical processes like chemical/flocculant mixing
Physically fit and comfortable in demanding environments
Strong focus on health and safety
