What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out high-quality blasting and painting work on a variety of industrial projects
- Applying coating systems using both conventional and pressure pot spraying methods
- Working independently and as part of a strong, supportive team
- Maintaining excellent communication with teammates and site leaders
- Committing to a safety-first mindset in everything you do
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in blasting and industrial painting
- Strong understanding of coating systems and application methods
- Skilled in conventional and pressure pot spraying techniques
- A great communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively
- Someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
